Rule 64
On behalf of the corporation, the secretary can give guarantees and lease contracts.
If the committee wants, the secretary can guarantee every loan given to the committee and lease contracts for the benefit of the corporation, and for giving guarantees, he will be given an amount as determined by the committee and approved by the secretary.
